Callosum Creative brings together a team of experts to deliver a four-stage program including:

1. Assessment: Company and employee profiling, external customer satisfaction analysis and development plan.
2. Group sessions: Facilitated group sessions inclusive of instructional content, hot topic discussion, one-on-one power coaching. Our curriculum includes the areas of leadership development, executive presence, wardrobe/grooming, speaking skills, and business etiquette.
3. Supplemental coaching and development: In addition to our group sessions participants receive simultaneous coaching in small-group and one-on-one environments based on an individual development plan. Examples include executive coaching; custom speaker training; wardrobe consultation and custom etiquette training.
4. Follow-up and progress mapping: Re-assessment of company and employee profile, external customer satisfaction analysis, online after-care curriculum and final report.
