• Monthly Group Educational Session: Facilitated sessions inclusive of educational content, Q&A and pre-session one-on-one power coaching appointments. Topics included:
- Communication. Basic body language, vocal emphasis, active and visual listening, assertiveness vs. aggressiveness, use of voice and language.
