Believing each unique individual has something to teach you and you to teach them, you walk away feeling they’ve gone the “extra mile”. Check your attitude and mood. If you’re not looking, feeling and sounding like someone you’d like to meet, stay home until you do. It only takes one grump to ruin the reputation, livelihood and success of a business or brand.
